nano coating
Nanocoat 50 - Dimensionally stable, super hydrophobic coating
The nano coating forms a few nanometers thick, hydrophobic, non-stick layer. It is a nano coating based on a special primer and a fluorosilane top layer. The workpiece must be thermally or chemically degreased before painting and be as free of oxide layers as possible. The nano coating is hardened by a sintering process, whereby the temperature load on the workpiece to be coated is a maximum of 150°C.
