Rubbersilk® 23
Rubbersilk® 23 is a coating based on a structured polysiloxane matrix specially developed for application on elastomers and plastics. The unique structure ensures excellent Non-stick effect against any adhesive (e.g. adhesive tapes, labels, foils or hotmelts) and generated at the same time good traction properties. The maximum temperature load on the workpiece to be coated is 120°C.
Typical areas of application: Rubber rollers, 3D printed parts, plastic surfaces, etc.
Application-related preliminary tests are absolutely necessary!
Rubbersilk® 43
The Rubbersilk® 43 coating is based on a super smooth polysiloxane matrixthat of the surface excellent traction properties gives. The smooth surface also has easy-to-clean properties for adhesives and hotmelts, making it special easy to clean. The maximum temperature load on the workpiece to be coated is 120°C.
Typical areas of application: Rubber rollers, 3D printed parts, plastic surfaces, etc.
Application-related preliminary tests are absolutely necessary!
