fluoropolymers

Fluoropolymers is the generic term for fully and partially fluorinated plastics such as PTFE, PFA and many more. These are high-performance plastics which, due to their high fluorine content, have a particularly good chemical resistance to almost all acids, bases and solvents. Also, other materials such as adhesives or food hardly adhere to fluoropolymers or are easy to clean, which is why these plastics are used as coatings and cover a wide range of applications.

In addition to their non-stick properties, they have a friction-reducing effect, so that they also provide so-called sliding friction coatings for good, grease and oil-free dry lubrication.
