As part of a research project on functional nano-layer systems on thermally sprayed ceramic layers, Rhenotherm has developed a new product group with outstanding properties.
CONCLUSION
- Component dimension is retained
- nanoscale capping 30-50nm
- covalent (chemical) bond to the substrate
- Pore-deep impregnation of the ceramic layer
- plasma-sprayed ceramic layer, hardness> 1500 HV
- also applicable to Harteloxal, up to 600 HV
APPLICATION
- Parts that are subject to high mechanical wear and tear and require non-stick properties,
