As part of a research project on functional nano-layer systems on thermally sprayed ceramic layers, Rhenotherm has developed a new product group with outstanding properties.

CONCLUSION

  • Component dimension is retained
  • nanoscale capping 30-50nm
  • covalent (chemical) binding to the substrate
  • Pore-deep impregnation of the ceramic layer
  • plasma-sprayed ceramic layer, hardness> 1500 HV
  • also applicable to Harteloxal, up to 600 HV

APPLICATION

  • Parts that are subject to high mechanical wear and need non-stick properties,
    z. B. deflection and guide rollers, ...
