Rhenolease® MK IV/lc
Rhenolease® MK IV/lc is a coating based on PFA coated with PTFE and thus combines the two most powerful non-stick materials in one product for the first time. So you get the best of both worlds, above all excellent non-stick properties against paints, adhesives, synthetic resins, etc. The specially developed material is exclusively from Rhenotherm manufactured so that there are no delivery bottlenecks or shortages of raw materials.
The coating can be applied electrostatically and therefore economically. Even demanding geometries can thus be coated homogeneously. The surface, available in green or black, can be easily cleaned with high-pressure water of up to 100 bar. The maximum temperature load on the workpiece to be coated is 400°C.
Typical areas of application: Paint hangers, gratings, chains, fan wheels, etc.
Application-related preliminary tests are absolutely necessary!
