PFA - perfluoroalkoxylalkane

Perfluoroalkoxylalkane (abbreviation PFA)

Perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) is a type of polymeric fluorocarbons with properties similar to polytetrafluoroethylene (P) and fluoroplastic fluoroethylene propylene (FEP). PFA is a fully fluorinated plastic and a copolymer P and poly (perfluorovinylmethyl ether).
It is considered an evolution of P, Both are under the brand name Teflon ™ distributed. PFA is resistant to almost all chemicals, has high temperature resistance, low friction and is flame retardant. PFA is also used as a hose and fitting material for aggressive chemicals. Non-stick coatings are also based on PFA, among others. Other bases of Non-stick coatings are among others P PTFE coating and FEPFEP coating, PFA is also used in chemical plant construction Anticorrosion coating used.

Rhenotherm Kunststoffbeschichtungs GmbH provides contract coatings PFA through and is certified as a contract coater according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015.
