FDA, BGA

FDA = are product approvals under the Food and Drug Administration (USA) The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is the United States Food and Drug Administration and is under the Ministry of Health. It was founded in 1927, based in Rockville, Maryland.

BGA = Federal Health Office (D), replaced by various institutions since 1994.The Federal Health Office (BGA) was founded in 1952 as the successor organization to the Reich Health Office and was the central state research institution of the Federal Republic of Germany in the field of public health, based in Berlin.

Following the dissolution of the Federal Department of Health 1994, three independent institutions have emerged which have been subordinated to the Federal Ministry of Health.
